My Mini-Marcher

Last Friday at her pre-school the whole class did a Mini-March for Cystic Fibrosis and my little marcher was right there with them. I think it's wonderful that the school is instilling a sense of community and compassion for other children that are sick and in need of our help. I told Lexie that she would be marching for the kids that couldn't march and I really think she understood.

Here she is with a couple of friends before the march.

And here she is on lap 34. She actually did 90 all together, 72 in the morning and another 28 with her afternoon group before the teachers made her lay down to take her nap. For her age group they said a lap was one minute of walking so she did an hour and a half all together and raised $275 for the cause. All that at 3 years old!!
