NO COURT THIS WEEK!!!!

You read it right - I won't be going to court tomorrow the 12th or the 13th. I was just told today that they have just had a new ruling from the Kazakh Parliament that states the court must have a minimum of two weeks after the bonding period to review the documents before they will set up a court date. I was afraid Flora was going to say that they were going to start with us but the Judge is really on our side. She went to her supervisors and they agreed on next Monday June 18th for us to go to court. Flora promises that it will happen then and I don't have any choice but to believe her. In the mean time I'll just keep visiting Lexie twice a day and pray that it happens next Monday. I was really hoping for that fast court date but quit honestly things have been going too smoothly since I got here. I know it probably doesn't sound like it but I expected things to be much worst. But Lexie is great and healthy so everything else is just a life experience I can share with Lexie when she's old enough to appreciate my suffering. As Angie says, all of this is my delivery pains. She's probably right. I'm just trying to have a good attitude about everything and enjoy my time with Lexie.

I'm going to keep it short today but I thank everyone for there prayers and thoughts and good wishes. Keep them coming since she's not officially mine until after court and then the waiting period.

PS - the picture of the woman holding a little girl on her lap in a yellow dress is Rosa, the lady from Spain and the 3 year old she's adoption, Ellena. I didn't realize it got posted with the other pictures of the apartment in Aktau. Isn't she cute.
